The E and E-2 licence-holder shall not procure fresh liquor stocks till the lockdown lasts.
The licence-holder shall take all due precaution to prevent the spread of the disease of COVID-19 by ensuring due care in hygiene and sanitisation.
This Order shall be in force and effective until the orders of Lockdown issued by the Government, from time to time, under the Disaster Management Act, 2005 or any other Act in force in the State.
The Government may at any time and at its discretion, either modify or rescind the same.

In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (c) of sub-section (/) of section 139 of the Maharashtra Prohibition Act, (XXV of 1949), and of all other powers enabling it in this behalf, the Government of Maharashtra has issued a Notification No. FLR-0520/COVID/C.R.-4-EXC-2, dated 19th May 2020 exempting persons holding licence in Form FL-III as appended to the Bombay Foreign Liquor Rules, 1953 from the provisions of certain rules with regards to provisions of license for sale on consumption to residents or boarders subject to certain conditions as set out there in.
