CONDITIONS

7. This Order shall be in force and effective until the orders of Lockdown issued by the Government, from time to time, under the Disaster Management Act, 2005 or any other Act in force in the State.

8. The Government may at any time and at its discretion, either modify or rescind the same.

In exercise of the powers conferred by clauses (j) and (ii) of section 139 of the Maharashtra Prohibiton Act, (XXV of 1949), and of all other powers enabling it in this behalf the Government of Maharashtra hereby, permits the licensee holding the licence in Form FL-III as appended to the Bombay Foreign Liquor Rules, 1953 and E, E-2, as appended to Special Permits and Licenses Rules, 1952, to sell the IMFL-Spirits, Beer, Mild Liquor, Wines, to the permit holders by effecting delivery at the home address of the permit holder, subject to the conditions, specified hereunder

CONDITIONS

  1. The Licensee shall sell the liquor for which he is licensed to sale.
  2. The licensee shall effect sale and delivery of the foreign liquor only from within the area of the licensed permises and on the day and during the hour as specified.
  3. The sale of liquor under this order to the permit holder by effecting delivery of the permitted liquor to the home address may be effected only if the permit holder places an order for sale of the concerned liquor.
  4. The licensee shall ensure that the persons deployed for the deliveiy of liquor use mask and also use hand-sanitizers at frequent intervals.
  5. This order shall be in force and effective until the orders of Lockdown issued by the Government from time to time under the Disaster ManagementAct, 2005, (Act 53 of 2005) or any other Act are in force in the State.
  6. The Government may at any time and at its discretion, either modify or rescind the same.

In exercise of the powers conferred by clauses (c) of sub-section (i) of section 139 of the Maharashtra Prohibiton Act, (XXV of 1949), and of all other powers enabling it in this behalf the Government of Maharashtra hereby exempts, the persons holding the licence in Form E and Form E-2 as appended to the Special Permits and Licenses Rules, 1952, from the provisions of the said rules, so far as it relates to the provisions of the licence of sale for on consumption to residents or boarders under the said rules, subject to the conditions as specified hereunder, namely

CONDITIONS

  1. Closing stock of Foreign Liquor as on the 24th March 2020, at the E and E-2 licence may be sold to valid permit-holder in sealed bottles for Home consumption".
  2. On consent from the Licence in Form FL/BR-II, the E and E-2 licence-holder may sell his remainder of Beer and Wine Stock as a one-time measure to the relevant FL/BR-II licence-holder on a special transport pass.
  3. There shall not be sale for on consumption at the E and E-2 licence premises.
  4. This exemption shall be in force until the Lockdown period or the liquor stocks last, whichever is earlier.
