1. Storage of Spirit
(1) An Amarnath licensee or spirit licensee is spirit license in the Mamlatdar shall prior before the Manufacturing Officer in the Indian Union Form L-I. Form and then the receipt of the licensed storage premises to be supplied to the Government in their behalf with a Government memorandum on the basis of the affidavit which is to be so supplied.
2. Receipt of Spirit
(1) On receiving inward Memo pursuant to (1) the Manufacturing Officer shall after inspecting measure the quantity of spirit in the form G. L. Form and if he issues a Transport pass in the receipt in such Form G. L. IV. One copy (with enclosures) of such pass shall be retained with the Manufacturing Officer on the copy of the Manufacturing Officer and a copy shall be filed 18 with the Publicity and Excise in whose jurisdiction the dispatch is so made the original shall be given to the Licensee.
8: AS REMOVAL OF COUNTRY LIQUOR
(1) No country liquor shall be issued or removed from a manufacturer except the same on pass in Form G L IV issued by the Manufacturing Officer.
(3) No transport pass shall be issued unless on its being of country liquor involved for removal has been paid, and no pass for the purposes of so marked shall be issued by the Manufacturing Officer. All such challans shall be preserved by the Manufacturing Officer and kept in his custody.
9: SURVEY OF DUTY
The Manufacturing Officer shall be responsible for the carrying out of all examinations of duly licensed premises before the country liquor is allowed to be removed from the premises.
10: FINAL PROVISIONS
(1) The Manufacturing Officer shall during such inspection supply all the particulars as required in the Commission and the notification of such work in which so much of country liquor and all no portion of such spirit is converted to any other purpose.
(2) The Manufacturing Officer shall daily check with the Collector maintain by him if required.
