3. Application for licence परवान्यासाठी अर्ज
(i) to tap trees and draw neera therefrom—
कोणतीही व्यक्ती इच्छिणारी.— (i) वृक्ष ठोकणे आणि त्यातून नीरा काढणे—
(अ) गूळ किंवा मादक नसलेल्या इतर कोणत्याही वस्तूच्या उत्पादनासाठी, किंवा
(ब) नीरा पुरवठ्यासाठी—
(i) नीरापासून गूळ किंवा मादक नसलेल्या इतर कोणत्याही वस्तूच्या उत्पादनासाठी परवानाधारक व्यक्तींना; किंवा
(ii) परिसरात सेवनासाठी नीरा किरकोळ विक्रीसाठी परवानाधारक व्यक्तींना, किंवा
