6. Compensation नुकसान भरपाई
The Chief Officer/Deputy Commissioner as the case may be, shall select and fix the place of voting on the norms on which the place for voting for elections of 3Municipal Council, Nagar Panchayat or Corporation3 is to be selected.
या विनियमांतर्गत नष्ट केलेल्या विदेशी दारू किंवा निरेच्या संदर्भात कोणत्याही व्यक्तीला कोणतीही नुकसान भरपाई देय असणार नाही.

7. Destruction without prejudice to any proceedings कोणत्याही कार्यवाहीचा पूर्वग्रह न ठेवता नाश करणे
If the Collector has decided to take secret poll to close down the liquor shop in any Grampanchayat or ward of any Nagar Panchayat or Municipal Council or Corporation, the place, date and time of the poll shall be published on the notice board of the ward office and the Head Office of concerned Grampanchayat or Nagar Panchayat or Municipal Council or Municipal Corporation at least seven days in advance of the date of election.
The voting time shall be from 8.00 a.m. to 5.00 p.m.

8. Declaration of the place, date and time of counting.
The Chief Officer/Deputy Commissioner, as the case may be shall publish the place, date and time of counting on the notice board of the ward office concerned, and also Head Office of the 3Municipal Council, Nagar Panchayat or Corporation3 concerned, at least seven days in advance of the date of election.
Counting shall be 3started at 6.00 p.m.3 on the date of election.
Counting process shall be completed under the supervision of the Chief Officer/Deputy Commissioner or an officer not below the rank of Deputy Chief Officer/Assistant Commissioner respectively authorised by the Chief Officer or Deputy Commissioner, as the case may be.
The Chief Officer/Deputy Commissioner, as the case may be, shall declare the result after completion of the counting of votes and shall submit the report to the Collector immediately.
