27. Licence for the purpose other than stated in rule no. 25,26 नियम क्र. २५ व २६ मध्ये नमूद कारणाशिवाय इतर कारणाकरिता परवाना

1(5) No licence shall be granted under this rule to any applicant, unless the applicant has executed a bond in Form B: Provided that, no execution of such bond shall be neccessary in case of—1

  1. (a) applicants requiring ordinary denatured spirit on behalf of Government Institutions;

  2. (b)

    1. (i) registered medical practitioners in-charge of hospitals or clinics or both approved by the Surgeon-General with the Government of Maharashtra;
    2. (ii) Municipal or Zilla Parishad Institutions;
    3. (iii) Educational institutions approved by the Director of Education, Maharashtra State, in this behalf; or by the Educational Inspectors or Inspectresses of Girl's Schools, as the case may be, in this behalf requiring ordinary denatured spirit in quantities not exceeding 25 litres per month;

  3. (c) other applicants requiring ordinary denatured spirit in quantity not exceeding 5 litres per month.

1(6) Subject to the provisions of sub-rule (5), the applicant shall execute a bond for an amount of—1

  1. (i) Rs. 100, if the quanntity of denatured spirit to be used by him exceeds five litres but does not exceed twenty-five litres per month, and

  2. (ii) Rs. 1000, ifthe quantity exceeds twenty-five litres per month.

2(7) A holder ofa licence in Form DS-IV may transport any quantity ofdenatured spirit possessed by him under the licence to any place where activities such as eye camp, blood donation camp or like purposes or examination or analysis or preservative purposes, which are conducted temporarily for a period not exceeding seven days for its medical or educational use there at,2

  1. (i) a licence in Form D.S. Ill or D.S. IV for 1specially denatured spirit.1 or

  2. (ii) a licence in Form D.S. V for 1Especially denatured spirit,1 required for use for any of the following purposes,namely:—

(I) for the manufacture of—

  1. (a) sulphuric ether,
  2. (b) ethyl chloride,
  3. (c) methyl chloride,
  4. (d) ethyl bromide,
  5. (e) chlorofbnn, or
  6. (f) hydrate or chloral; or

(JI) for the preparation of the following liniments :—

  1. (a) aconite,
  2. (b) belladona,
  3. (c) compound camphor,
