28. Renewal of l icence परवान्याचे नूतनीकरण

(d) ammoniated camphor,
(e) iodine (B.R 1885),
(f) mustard, or
(g) soap liniment of the British Pharmacopoeia, or
(h) such other preparations as the Commissioner may, from time to time, permit in writing in that behalf may with the permission of the Commissioner be granted '[on payment of an annul fee]' 2[as prescribed below :]2

  1. (a) when the total quantity allowed does not exceed two bottle 5
  2. (b) exceeds two bottles but does not exceed 100 bulk litres per annum 25
  3. (c) exceeds 100 bulk litres but does not exceed 5,000 bulk litres per annum 100

(2) The provisions of rules 25 and 26 shall, so far as may be, apply in respect of a licence granted under sub-rule (1) and the Form D.S. III, D.S. IV or D.S. V as the case may be, shall be adapted suitably.

28. Renewal of l icence परवान्याचे नूतनीकरण

D.S. III, D.S. IV किंवा D.S. V नमुन्यातील परवाना परमिट किंवा परवान्याच्या प्रारंभ तारखेनंतर येणाऱ्या ३१ मार्चच्या पुढील कालावधीसाठी मंजूर केला जाणार नाही:

Denatured spirit साठी licence ₹_____ annual fee भरून 31 मार्चपर्यंत नूतनीकरण (renew) करावे लागते. D.S. III आणि D.S. IV साठी 10 वर्षांसाठी आणि D.S. V साठी 3 वर्षांसाठी एकदाच licence मिळू शकतो.

**मुख्य नियम:**
• Denatured spirit साठी तीन प्रकारचे licence आहेत - Form D.S. III, D.S. IV आणि D.S. V.
• कोणताही licence हमेशा 31 मार्चपर्यंतच वैध राहतो.
• 31 मार्चनंतर तुम्हाला license नूतनीकरण (renew) करावे लागते.

**कालावधी:**
• D.S. III किंवा D.S. IV licence = 10 वर्षांसाठी एकदाच मिळू शकतो (पण 31 मार्चपर्यंत).
• D.S. V licence = 3 वर्षांसाठी एकदाच मिळू शकतो (पण 31 मार्चपर्यंत).

**Renewal कशी व्हायची:**
• तुम्हाला Rule 25, 26 किंवा 27 अनुसार निश्चित fee (वार्षिक) भरावी लागते.
• तुम्हाला एक प्रतिज्ञापत्र (undertaking) देणे आवश्यक आहे - "मी Government ने दिलेले सर्व शर्ती पाळीन."

**महत्वाचे:**
• जर तुमचा license साल भरभर वर्ष साठी असेल (उदा., 3 महिने), तरी fee पूर्ण वर्षाचा भरावा लागतो.
• हा नियम denatured spirit (industrial use साठी वापरणारी दारू) साठी आहे, सामान्य दारूसाठी नाही.
