39. Special rule for M-II Licensee M-II परवानाधारकांसाठी विशेष नियम

1(3) The licensee shall, in a book paged and sealed with the seal of the Collector or Mamledar or Tahsildar, maintain day to day a true and correct account of molasses —1

  1. separately stored by him in each storage tank, pit or receptacle in Form M-A, and

  2. stocked by him at his licensed premises in Form M-B.

1(4) The licensee shall submit a statement in Form M-C on or before the 7th day of every month showing the opening balance, receipts, issues and closing balance of molasses during the preceding month, to the Superintendent or the District Inspector of Prohibition and Excise through the —1

  1. Prohibition and Excise Officer-in-charge of the distillery attached to the factory, or

  2. Central Excise Inspector-in-charge of the factory where there is no such distillery, or

  3. Prohibition and Excise Officer in whose jurisdiction the factory is situated if there is no such prohibition and Excise Officer, or

  4. Central Excise Inspector-in-charge of the distillery or factory.]

39. Special rule for M-II Licensee M-II परवानाधारकांसाठी विशेष नियम

2(1) The licensee shall not receive his supplies of molasses from any person other than2

  1. a person who holds in the 2State of Maharashtra2 a licence in Form M-I or M-III; or

  2. a person who is directed by the State Government to sell molasses to him; or

  3. a person outside the 2state of Maharashtra2.

2(2) All molasses received by the licensee at his premises shall be covered by a valid transport permit if brought from any place in the2 2State of Maharashtra2 or by a valid import licence if brought from any place outside in the 2"State of Maharashtra2.

(3) Except as directed by the State Government under any law for the time being in force, the licensee holding a licence in Form M-II shall not sell or transfer any molasses possessed by him under the licence.

1(4) The licensee shall, in a book paged and sealed with the seal of the Collector or Mamledar or Tahsildar, maintain day to day a true and correct account of molasses held by him at his licensed premises in Form M-D.1

1(5) The licensee shall submit a statement in Form M-E on or before the 7th day of every month showing the opening balance, receipts, issues and closing balance of molasses during the preceding month, to the Superintendent or the District Inspector of Prohibition and Excise through the local Prohibition and Excise Officer.1

**Rule 39 - M-II Licensee साठी विशेष नियम**

**Sub-rule (1) - मळी कोठून आणता येते:**

M-II licence असलेल्या व्यक्तीला मळी खालीलपैकी तीनच ठिकाणाहून आणता येते -

• महाराष्ट्रात M-I किंवा M-III licence असलेल्या व्यक्तीकडून

• राज्य शासनाने विक्रय करण्यास सांगितलेल्या व्यक्तीकडून

• महाराष्ट्राच्या बाहेरचे देश/राज्याहून

इतर कोणाकडून मळी आणता येणार नाही.

**Sub-rule (2) - Transport permit आवश्यक:**

जर मळी महाराष्ट्रातून आणली तर वैध transport permit लागणे जरुरी आहे.

जर बाहेरून आणली तर वैध import licence लागणे जरुरी आहे.

**Sub-rule (3) - मळी विकता येते का:**

M-II licence असलेल्याकडे असलेली मळी तो विकू किंवा हस्तांतरित करू शकत नाही.

(राज्य शासनाने विशेष परवानगी दिल्याशिवाय)

**Sub-rule (4) - दैनिक हिशेब ठेवणे:**

M-II licence असलेल्याला Collector/Mamledar/Tahsildar यांनी सीलबंद केलेल्या पुस्तकात दररोज मळीचा अचूक हिशेब राखायचा आहे.

**Sub-rule (5) - महिनेवारी अहवाल सादर करणे:**

प्रत्येक महिन्याच्या ७ तारखेला किंवा त्यापूर्वी जिल्ह्याच्या Prohibition अधिकारीकडे अहवाल सादर करायचा आहे.

या अहवालात - मागील शिल्लक, जमा, वापरलेली मळी आणि वर्तमान शिल्लक दर्शवायचे आहे.
