7. Molasses Quota for M-I and M-II Licence M-I आणि M-II परवान्यासाठी मोलासेस कोटा
The licensee shall provide suitable office accommodation, with sanitary arrangements, for the Prohibition and Excise Officer or such staff as may be appointed by the Commissioner within the licensed premises and shall supply such furniture and other articles for the use of the officer as the Collector may consider necessary. The licensee shall afford the officer all reasonable facilities and assistance as may be required by him for carrying out his duties of supervision and inspection.

**M-I licence साठी:**
• परवाना कालावधी संपूर्ण असताना परवानाधारकाला एकूण किती मळी वापरायची परवानगी असेल हे Collector ठरवतात.
• उदा., जर तुमच्याकडे 12 महिन्यांचा M-I licence असेल आणि Collector 1000 लिटर मळी देण्याचा निर्णय घेतला, तर तुम्ही संपूर्ण 12 महिन्यात 1000 लिटर वापरू शकता.
**M-II licence साठी:**
दोन गोष्टी Collector ठरवतात—
(अ) **कोणत्याही एका वेळी ताब्यात किती मळी ठेवू शकता व महिन्यातून किती वापरू शकता:**
• उदा., तुम्ही एका वेळी 200 लिटर ताब्यात ठेवू शकता आणि दर महिन्यात 100 लिटर वापरू शकता.
(ब) **संपूर्ण licence कालावधीत एकूण किती मळी वापरू शकता:**
• यातून परवाना सुरू होताना तुमच्याकडे असलेली मळी + परवाना कालावधीत तुम्हाला मिळणारी मळी = एकूण रक्कम.
• उदा., तुमच्याकडे सुरुवातीला 50 लिटर आहे आणि 12 महिन्यात 950 लिटर मिळेल, तर एकूण 1000 लिटर.

8. M-I Licence to a producer of Molasses as a by-product उप-उत्पादन म्हणून मोलॅसिसच्या उत्पादकाला एम-आय परवाना
This licence may be suspended or cancelled on accordance with the provisions of section 54 or 56 of the Bombay Prohibition Act, 1949.

- This licence is granted under and subject to the provisions of the Bombay Prohibition Act, 1949 and the rules, regulations and orders made there under on
Conditions
- That the consignments of bago molasses is not broken in transit from the licensed premises ofa M-I or M-III licensee to the premises of the licensee.
- That the licensee complies promptly with all orders and directions which may be issued to him by the Collector under the Bombay Prohibition Act, 1949, and the rules framed there under.
- That the licensee shall not use bago molasses fbr any purpose other than cattle-feed.

मुंबई प्रतिबंध कायद्याच्या कलम ६२ अंतर्गत मळी उत्पादकाला M-I नमुन्यातील परवाना मंजूर केला जाणार नाही जोपर्यंत अशा परवान्याची आवश्यकता मळी उत्पादकाला त्याच्या कारखान्यात साखर किंवा गूळ उत्पादन प्रक्रियेत उप-उत्पादन म्हणून उत्पादित मळीच्या संबंधात नाही.
