(B) In Condition No. 4 for the words "the liquor stocks last", the words, "until further orders", be substituted.
(C) The Condition No. 5 is hereby deleted.
These modifications shall come into force with effect from the date of issuance of this order.

In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (c) of sub-section (1) of section 139 of the Maharashtra Prohibition Act (XXV of 1949) and of all other powers enabling it in this behalf the Government of Maharashtra hereby exempts, the licensee holding licence in Form PLL granted under the Maharashtra Distillation of Spirit and Manufacture of Potable Liquor Rules, 1966, intended to export Indian made Foreign Liquor in neutral packing, from provisions of sub-rule (24) and (30) of the rule 17 of the said Rules. Subject to following condition,—

(i) The licensee shall make an application to the Commissioner for permission to export Indian Made Foreign Liquor in neutral packing.
(ii) The Commissioner shall make such enquiries as he deems fit and being satisfied that there is no objection to grant the permission, he may grant the approval.

The licensee shall, while exporting Indian Made Foreign Liquor in Neutral Packing out of India, put the following details on the label:—
- (i) Brand name of Indian made Foreign Liquor;
- (ii) Alcoholic strength in v/v;
- (iii) Volume of contents;
- (iv) Batch number;
- (v) Month and year of manufacture;
- (vi) Name and address of foreign importer; and
- (vii) Contents prescribed by foreign import authority.

In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (d) of sub-section (1) of section 139 of the Bombay Prohibition Act, 1949 (Bom. XXV of 1949) the Government of Maharashtra hereby remits the excise duty leviable under the said Act, to the holders of BRL licence issued under the Maharashtra Manufacture of Beer and Wine Rules, 1966, for manufacturing of wines for a period of five years, as follow:—
| (a) Who is holding licence prior to the 19th September 2001; | Excise duty in excess of 50 per cent |
| (b) Who is holding licence on or after the 19th September, 2001. | Excise duty in excess of 25 per cent |
