12. Application for M-IV licence for Molasses Import मोलासेस आयातीसाठी M-IV परवान्यासाठी अर्ज

Any person desiring to import molasses shall make an application to the Collector for a licence in that behalf The application shall contain the following particulars, namely

  1. Name and address of the applicant;
  2. Kind of licence in respect of molasses held by the applicant and its number and date;
  3. Quantity of molasses permitted for possession at any one time under the licence held by him (in 1Quintals1);
  4. Balance of molasses on hand on the date of application (in 2Quintals2);
  5. Quantity of molasses to be imported (in3Quintals3);
  6. Place from which molasses is to be imported;
  7. Name and address of the person;
  8. Route (state the place from which removal of molasses to its destination will be by road in the State);
  9. Period for which the licence is required;
  10. Reasons for importing molasses.

(1) On receipt of an application under rule 12, the Collector may make such inquiries as he deems necessary and if he is satisfied that there is no objection to grant the licence applied for, he may grant a licence in Form M-IV on payment of a fee 4of rupees fifty4

(2) The licence shall be in four parts and shall be dealt with as under:

Part I shall be kept on the record in the office of the Collector granting the licence.

Part II shall be sent to the person supplying molasses.

Part III shall be handed over to the applicant for sending with the consignment and for record thereafter with his accounts.

Part IV shall be forwarded to the Collector or ChiefExcise Authority of the place from which molasses are to be imported.

आयात - मळी आयात करू इच्छिणाऱ्या कोणत्याही व्यक्तीने त्या संबंधात परवान्यासाठी जिल्हाधिकाऱ्यांकडे अर्ज करावा. अर्जात खालील तपशील असावेत, म्हणजे:-

जर तुम्हाला मळी (molasses) आयात करायचा असेल तर Collector कडे licence मिळवण्यासाठी अर्ज करावा लागतो. त्या अर्जात तुमचे नाव, पत्ता, आयातीची मात्रा आणि अन्य 10 महत्वाची माहिती लिहून देणी पडते.

अर्जात हे सर्व तपशील असणे जरूरी आहे -

1. तुमचे नाव आणि पत्ता - कोणत्या व्यक्तीचा अर्ज आहे हे स्पष्ट व्हावे.

2. आधीच तुमच्याकडे असलेल्या मळीच्या परवान्याचा प्रकार, क्रमांक आणि दिनांक - तुमचा पुरातन licence किंवा approval असेल तर त्याची माहिती.

3. तुमच्या licence अंतर्गत एका वेळी किती मळी ठेवण्याची परवानगी आहे - उदा., 100 क्विंटल किंवा 500 क्विंटल.

4. आज तुमच्याकडे हातात किती मळी आहे - लिहून दिलेल्या अर्जाच्या दिनांकाला.

5. तुम्हाला किती मात्रेत मळी आयात करायचा आहे - क्विंटलमध्ये सांगा.

6. ते मळी कोणत्या देशातून/ठिकाणातून आयात करायचा आहे - उदा., विदेशातून किंवा दुसऱ्या राज्यातून.

7. मळी पाठवणाऱ्या व्यक्तीचे नाव आणि पत्ता - कोणाकडून तुम्हाला मळी मिळवायचा आहे.

8. मार्ग - राज्यात मळी कोणत्या रस्त्याने ज्या ठिकाणाहून कुठे पोहोचवायचा आहे हे सांगा.

9. परवान्याची मुदत - कितकाळ हा licence लागणार आहे (उदा., 1 वर्ष, 6 महिने).

10. कारण - तुम्हाला मळी कशासाठी आयात करायचा आहे - उदा., व्यवसायासाठी, उत्पादनासाठी.

याचे पालन करून अर्ज Collector कडे जमा करावा. तब्बल माहिती आधीन परवाना मिळू शकतो.

14. Application for M-V Licence for Molasses Export मळी निर्यातीसाठी एम-व्ही परवान्यासाठी अर्ज

(1) Any person desiring to export molasses shall make an application to the Collector for a licence in that behalf The application shall contain the following particulars, namely:

  1. (a) Name and address of the applicant;
  2. (b) Kind of the licence held by the applicant and its number and date;
  3. (c) Quantity of molasses to be exported (in 5Quintals5);
  4. (d) Place to which molasses is to be exported;
  5. (e) Name and address of the person to whom molasses is to be sent.
  6. (f) Route (state the place up to which removal of molasses will be by road during its transit in the State);
  7. (g) Period for which the licence is required;
  8. (h) Reasons for exporting molasses.

**नियम १ — अर्जात काय लिहावे:**

जर तुम्हाला मळी दुसऱ्या देशाला पाठवायचा असेल, तर तुम्ही आपल्या जिल्ह्यातील Collector कडे अर्ज करा. अर्जात हे सर्व तपशील असावेत:

• तुमचे नाव आणि पत्ता
• तुमच्याकडे आधीच असलेला licence चा प्रकार, नंबर आणि तारीख
• किती मळी पाठवायचा (quintal मध्ये मापा)
• कोणत्या देशाला/ठिकाणी पाठवायचा
• जिथे मळी पाठवायचा, तिथे कोण व्यक्ती आहे (त्याचे नाव आणि पत्ता)
• मळी रस्त्याने कोणत्या ठिकाणापर्यंत नेणार हो (मार्ग स्पष्ट करा)
• licence कितक्या महिन्यांसाठी हवा
• मळी निर्यात का करायचा (कारण सांगा)

**नियम २ — अर्जासोबत काय कागदपत्रे सोबत करा:**

अर्जाची उकल होऊ शकेल म्हणून यांची प्रतिकरणे सोबत लावा:

• आयात परमिट (import-permit) — जर परदेशातून मळी आयात केलेला असेल
• किंवा ना-हरकत प्रमाणपत्र (no-objection certificate) — Collector किंवा मुख्य उत्पादन शुल्क अधिकाऱ्याचे
• Director of Industries, Bombay चे प्रमाणपत्र — ज्यात असे लिहिलेले असे की तुम्हाला मळी निर्यात करता येईल

**सोप्या भाषेत:** Collector ला सर्व माहिती देऊन, सर्व कागदपत्रे दाखवून परवानगी मिळवा. मात्र दिल्ली-मुंबई तक्ता पूर्ण भरला तर निर्णय लवकर होईल.
