With reference to the above subject, you are requested to establish a Gram Rakshak Dal under section 134A of the Maharashtra Prohibition Act (XXV of 1949). The manufacturing and selling of illegal liquor has increased in our village ....Misbehaviour of alcoholic persons and harassment to women's creating social safety problem. Therefore to prevent it, Gram Sabha has passed a resolution to establish a Gram Rakshak Dal under the Maharashtra Gram Rakshak Dal Rules,2017. The Certified copy of the Resolution is attached herewith.
