"neera licence', means licence in Fonn N-III granted under the Bombay Neera Rules, 1951.

No person shall import neera without a valid import pass granted under clause 5 of this order.

Any holder of a neera licence desiring to import neera with a view to sell such neera by retail fbr consumption on premises under such licence, may apply to the Commissioner of Prohibition and Excise, for the grant of a import pass, authorising him to import neera.

On receipt of the application under clause 4 the Commissioner may, after such inquiries as he may deem necessary, grant an import pass in the Form hereto appended for the import of neera in the State.
6.
No import pass shall be granted fbr a period beyond the 30th day of June next following the date of commencement of any neera licence under which the imported neera is to be sold.
7.
No person shall import neera under an import pass in the Form hereto appended, which is not neera of standard quality within the meaning of the Bombay Neera Rules, 1951.
8.
The provisions of the Bombay Neera Rules, 1951 shall, so far as may be applicable, apply in relation to the imported neera as if it (were) was neera within the meaning ofthose rules.
