Licence is hereby granted, under the subject to the provisions of the Bombay Prohibition Act, 1949 and the rules, regulations and order made there under, to _______________ residing at _______________ (hereinafter called "licensee") on payment of a fee of Rs _______________ in advance into the Government Treasury at _______________ authorizing him to have in his possession molasses at his premises situated at _______________ in the district of _______________ (herein after referred to as "the licensed premises") during the period from _______________ To _______________ subject to the following conditions, namely
