LICENSES FOR RETAIL SALE OF COUNTRY LIQUOR
13. Any person desiring to sell country liquor retail shall apply in Form D.S.P. 1-A in duplicate to the District Excise Officer in which the duties is locate the licensed premises for filing country liquor.
Fees charged for the application for license to sell country liquor by retail shall be according to the following schedule twenty—
- If the application is for liceng the licensed shop in a village town or city with population below 9 lakhs Rs. 250.00
- City with population 1 lakhs and above 1000.
The application shall be prescribed in fee by a chalan evidencing payment of application fee.

- तुम्हाला दंड भरावा लागू शकतो
- Collector किंवा Commissioner तुमच्या विरुद्ध कारवाई करू शकतात
**महत्वाचे:** शासनाने कोणतीही किंमत बदली तर तुम्हाला लगेच ती खबर मिळावी — त्यासाठी नियमितपणे शासन किंवा District Collector कडून माहिती घ्या.
