94A. Prescription in the case of 2[Champagne, Port-type wine, etc.,]. शँम्पेन, पोर्ट-टाईप वाईन इ.बाबतीत औषधीपत्र

1. For the purpose of rules 92, 92 and 94 a prescription in the case of ²Champagne, Port-type wine, Port-wine, Wincamis, Vibrona, Manola and Buck-fast Tonic wine² shall mean a prescription.—

   1. Which is issued in Form C by a registered medical practitioner, who is a family physician of the person to whom it whom it has been issued fbr a period of not tfrless than one year immediately before the date of such prescription and

   2. Which satisfies the requirements of sub-rule (2)

2. The quantity of ²Port-type wine, Port-wine, Wincamis, Vibrona, Manola or Buck fast Tbnic wine or Champagne,² as the case may; be, shall be so recommended in the prescription that it does not exceed.—

   1. ³750 millilitres³ in a week in the case of ²Port-type wine, Port-wine, Wincamis, Vibrona, Manola or Buck-fast Tonic wine,² and

   2. ³375 millilitres³ per day in the case ofChampagne, and that the total the total period fbr which such quantity is recommended shall not exceed.―

      1. thirty days in the case of ³Port-type wine, Port-wine, Wincamis, Vibrona, Manola and Buck-fast Tbnic wine³ and

      2. fifteen days in the case of champagne from the date of the issue of the prescription.]

94B. Application for a transport pass वाहतूक परवान्याकरीता अर्ज

Any licensee or permit-holder desiring to obtain a transport pass in Form F.L. lAshall make an application in Form F.L./ A-9 to the Collector through the District Prohibition and Excise Officer ofhis district

95. Saving या व्यतिरिक्त

Notwithstanding the supersession of the Bombay Foreign Liquor Rules, 1950, any licence, pennit pass or permission granted or issued under the said rule shall so far as it not inconsistent with the provisions of these rules, continue in force and be deemed to have been granted or issued under the corresponding provisions of these rules, until the expiry of the term for which it was granted or issued or until it is suspend or cancelled in accordance with the provisions of the Act, or these rules as the case may be.
