For the purpose of rules 92, 92 and 94 a prescription in the case of 2Champagne, Port-type wine, Port-wine, Wincamis, Vibrona, Manola and Buck-fast Tonic wine2 shall mean a prescription.—
Which is issued in Form C by a registered medical practitioner, who is a family physician of the person to whom it whom it has been issued fbr a period of not tfrless than one year immediately before the date of such prescription and
Which satisfies the requirements of sub-rule (2)

Notwithstanding the supersession of the Bombay Foreign Liquor Rules, 1950, any licence, pennit pass or permission granted or issued under the said rule shall so far as it not inconsistent with the provisions of these rules, continue in force and be deemed to have been granted or issued under the corresponding provisions of these rules, until the expiry of the term for which it was granted or issued or until it is suspend or cancelled in accordance with the provisions of the Act, or these rules as the case may be.
