78. Unused stock न वापरलेला साठ

(v/Z) Names and addresses of persons to whom brandy or rum was administered during the day;

(vm) Quantity of (a) brandy or (6) rum administered to each person (to be shown against his name);

(ir) Reasons in detail which necessitated administration of brandy or rum (to be shown against the name of each person);

(x) Signature of the licensee.

78. Unused stock न वापरलेला साठ

The licensee shall, on the termination ofhis licence, deliver the quantity ofbrandy or rum remaining unused with him, the register and the licence to the Collector. The quantity ofbrandy or rum so delivered shall be sold by the Collector and the proceeds of the sale shall, after deducting the expenses and any sum due to the State Government, be returned to the licensee.

**तुम्हाला काय परत मिळते:**
- विक्रय रक्कम - खर्च - राज्यचे बाकी कर्ज = हा अंतिम रक्कम तुम्हाला परत दिला जातो

**उदा.:** तुमच्याकडे ₹50,000 मूल्याची दारू उरली. Collector ने ती ₹48,000 ला विकली. खर्च ₹3,000 आहे, आणि राज्यला तुम्हाला ₹5,000 देणे आहे. तर तुम्हाला ₹48,000 - ₹3,000 - ₹5,000 = ₹40,000 परत मिळेल.

79. Licensee to abide by the provisions of the Act, etc. अनुज्ञप्तीधारकाने कायदा इ.तील तरतुदींचे पालन करणे

  1. The licensee shall comply with all orders and directions issued from time to time by the Commissioner, Collector, Superintendent of Prohibition and Excise or the Inspector of Prohibition and Excise.
  2. The licensee shall abide by the provisions of the Act and the rules, regulations and orders made there under and the conditions of the licence and shall give an undertaking to that effect.

PART VIII
Consumption and sale of foreign liquor on Steamers

80. Bringing of foreign liquor by passengers, etc. प्रवाशाने विदेशी दारू आणणे इ.

No passenger on board any vessel, boat, launch, ship or steamer plying on the coast of the 1State of Maharashtra1 shall possess 2or consume2 any foreign liquor while such vessel, boat, launch, ship or steamer is in the territorial waters of the State unless such possession 2or consumption2 is covered by a valid permit.

• **अपवाद (Exception):**
जर तुमच्याकडे **valid permit** असेल, तर दारू ठेवणं आणि पीणं परवानगीसाठी आहे.

• **permit कोठून मिळेल?**
District Collector किंवा वरिष्ठ अधिकारी यांच्याकडून.

• **दंड:**
हे नियम मोडल्यास तुम्हाला दंड, दारू जप्त किंवा दोन्हीचा सामना करावा लागू शकतो.

81. Foreign steamers, 3 [Indian Merchant Navy] and through steamers परदेशी आगबोटी, ३(भारतीय व्यापारी नौदल) आणि थेट आगबोटी

  1. On a foreign steamer, 4Indian Merchant Navy or through sleamer touching a port in the State of Maharashtra,4 the stock of foreign liquor in the bar or in the stores thereon or in the possession of the crew shall be sealed by the Customs Authorities as soon as the steamer is anchored in the harbour or is berthed in the docks, as the case may be:

    Provided that the stock of foreign liquor with the crew 66 shall not be sealed if the steamer is to remain in the harbour or docks for not more than 24 hours.

  2. No sale or consumption from the stock of foreign liquor referred to in sub-rule (7) shall be made while such steamer is in the port and visitors and disembarking passengers are on board the steamer.
  3. After the disembarking passengers and visitors have left the steamer, the sealed stock of foreign liquor on being released by the Customs Authorities, and the unsealed stock of foreign liquor in possession of through passengers and the 3crew3 shall, subject to the rules, regulations and orders made under tlie 5Customs Act, 19625 be permitted for consumption by through passengers and the 3crew.3
  4. No person other than through passengers 7or the [crew]7 shall possess, use or consume fbreign liquor on board such steamer.
