the rules or any irregularity detected and committed by him or his agents or servants, and furnish any information regarding the management of the shop and shall answer all reasonable questions to the best of his knowledge and belief He shall also on demand allow a Prohibition and Excise Officer or an Officer of the Food and Drugs Administration to take free of cost samples of country liquor for analysis [by the Chemical Analyser, Chemical Analyser a fee as may be prescribed by the Commissioner] for the analysis of each sample. (An account of the samples of country liquor drawn for analysis shall be maintained in Form C.L. XXV.)
12. Minimum and Maximum Prices किमान आणि कमाल किमती
The licensee shall abide by the conditions of this licence and the provisions of the Bombay Prohibition Act, 1949 and the rules, regulations and orders made there under and shall give an undertaking to that effect in From C. L. XX.
उत्पादन परवानाधारक राज्य शासनाने वेळोवेळी निश्चित केलेल्या किमतीपेक्षा जास्त किमतीत देशी दारू विकणार नाही.

**हा नियम म्हणजे काय?**
जर तुमच्याकडे देशी दारू बनवण्याचा licence (उत्पादन परवाना) असेल, तर तुम्ही जी किंमत ठरवून विकता तेही शासनाने निर्धारित केलेल्या कमाल किमतीपेक्षा जास्त असू शकत नाही।
**सोप्या भाषेत:**
• शासन महाराष्ट्र सरकार हर काही महिन्यांनी (किंवा गरज असल्यास) दारूची कमाल किंमत ठरवते
• उदा., जर शासनाने म्हटले की "1 बोतल दारूची किंमत ₹500 असणार" तर तुम्ही ₹550 किंवा ₹600 मध्ये विकू शकत नाही
• तुम्ही ₹500 किंवा त्यापेक्षा कमी किमतीत विकू शकता, पण कमाल किंमत (₹500) ओलांडू शकत नाही
**हा नियम का आहे?**
दारूच्या किंमत नियंत्रित करण्यासाठी, जेणेकरून ग्राहकांचा शोषण न होय आणि सर्वांना वाजवी किंमतीत दारू मिळतील।
**उल्लंघन झाल्यास:**
जर तुम्ही शासनाने ठरवलेल्या किमतीपेक्षा जास्त किमतीत दारू विकल्यास तुम्हाला दंड किंवा licence रद्द होऊ शकतो।
13. Application for wholesale licence घाऊक विक्री परवान्यासाठी अर्ज
The licensee shall obey all lawful orders from time to time by the Commissioner, the Superintendent or any competent Prohibition and Excise Officer duly authorised by the Commissioner in this behalf
देशी दारू घाऊक विक्री करू इच्छिणारी कोणतीही व्यक्ती ज्या जिल्ह्यात व्यवसाय करू इच्छिते त्या जिल्ह्याच्या अधीक्षकामार्फत आयुक्तांकडे त्या संबंधात परवान्यासाठी अर्ज करेल.

**(b) गोदाम कुठे असणार हे:**
• गोदामाचा exact location (सोबत रोड नंबर, प्लॉट नंबर इ.)
• पूर्ण पत्ता
**(c) तुमचे पूर्वेतर licence:**
• तुम्हाला किंवा तुमच्या partners/Directors ना कधी दारू/excise license होता का?
• होता असेल तर त्याचा विस्तृत तपशील द्यायचा लागतो
**(d) Financial सत्यता:**
• तुमच्या आर्थिक स्थितीचा पुरावा (बँक स्टेटमेंट, संपत्तीचे कागदपत्रे इ.)
**(e) कोणती भरणी बाकी आहे का?**
• तुम्हाला excise duty, sales tax, income tax किंवा कोणतीही सरकारी वसूली बाकी आहे का?
• असेल तर अर्ज मंजूर होणार नाही
**(f) प्रतिज्ञा (Undertaking):**
• तुम्ही लिखून देणे हवे की Bombay Prohibition Act 1949 आणि त्याचे नियम पाळताही आणि सर्व licence conditions मानताही

14. Grant of Licence परवाना देणे
This licence may be suspended or cancelled in accordance with the provision of section 54 or 56 of the Bombay Prohibition Act, 1949.
15. Requirements of Warehouse Premises गोदामामध्ये असणाऱ्या आवश्यक बाबी
In case this licence is cancelled during the currency of the licence period or is not renewed on its expiry, the licensee shall forthwith surrender the whole stock of country liquor held in balance at the licensed premises to the Superintendent of Prohibition and Excise of the District.

Form of application for a licence to sell Country Liquor by Retail
- Name, age and address of the applicant.
- Names, ages and address in full of the partners, if the applicant is partnership firm (copy of the Deed to be appended).
- The address in full of the premises where the Country Liquor would be sold.
- Whether the proposed premises referred to at item 3 above are -
- within 50 metres from any educational or religious institution, if they are within the jurisdiction of any Municipal Corporation or ' A ' Class or ' B ' Class Municipal Council and 100 metres if situated elsewhere.
