(d) within 100 metres from any bus stand, station or depot of the Maharashtra State Road Transport Corporation.
5. Keeping of Deposit ठेव ठेवणे
(a) Whether the applicant or any member of his family (or any of the partners) holds at present or held at any time in the past (individually or in partnership with any other person) any excise licence(s) and if so, indicate the particulars of such licence(s) held and also the period(s) for which he held.
Explanation. For the purpose of this clause "family" means a person and his spouse (or more than one spouse) and his children solely dependent on him for their maintenance.
(b) Whether the applicant is holding a Vendor's Licence for sale of Foreign Liquor and if so, whether he desires to sell country liquor in sealed bottles at the same licensed premises.
प्रत्येक उत्पादन परवानाधारक नियमांचे योग्य पालन सुनिश्चित करण्यासाठी आयुक्तांकडे रोख किंवा सरकारी रोख्यांमध्ये रु. १०,००० (केवळ दहा हजार रुपये) जमा करेल.

• **पैसे कोणत्या रूपात जमा करता येतील?**
- दोन प्रकारे:
1. रोख पैसे (नकद)
2. Government Securities (सरकारी रोख्य - सरकार बॉन्ड किंवा सरकारी कर्जपत्र)
• **हे जमा केवढे का आवश्यक आहे?**
- यात्तव हे एक सावधानी होय. यांचा मतलब असा आहे की licence धारक नियम-कायदे पाळील, असा खात्री करायचा.
उदा., जर licensee नियमांचा उल्लंघन करेल (जैसे गलत दारू बनवेल किंवा कर न भरेल), तर यह जमा रक्कम जप्त (confiscate) केली जाऊ शकते.
• **सरळ भाषेत:**
- हे पैसे एक security (सुरक्षा) जमा आहे. अगर तुम्ही नियम पाळत असाल तर यह पैसे तुम्हाला परत मिळतील; पण नियम तोडल्यास सरकार तो रखून घेऊ शकते.
6. Conditions of Licence परवान्याच्या अटी
Whether the applicant holds the solvency certificate or bank guarantee. If so, give particulars with copy thereof duly certified by Notaries, Special Executive Magistrate or Tahsildar.
7. Issue of Country Liquor देशी दारूचा पुरवठा
Present occupation and income therefrom.
8. No Removal except under Transport pass वाहतूक परवाना व्यतिरिक्त मद्य बाहेर न काढणे
Whether the Food and Drugs licence if any held by the applicant is or was suspended or cancelled at any time in the past, and if so, the period of such suspension or cancellation and the reasons therefor.
9. Collection of Duty उत्पादन शुल्क वसुली
Whether the applicant is in arrears of excise or any other Government dues.
उत्पादन अधिकारी कोणतीही देशी दारू उत्पादनातून काढून नेण्यास परवानगी देण्यापूर्वी विहित दराने शुल्काची योग्य वसुली करण्यास जबाबदार असेल.
देशी दारू बनवणारा (manufacturer) कोणतीही दारू factory मधून बाहेर काढण्यापूर्वी सरकारला सरकारी शुल्क (duty) भरून सोडणे आवश्यक आहे.

- Manufactory Officer (उत्पादन अधिकारी) — जो factory मध्ये दारू बनवतो, तो शुल्क वसुल करण्यास जबाबदार आहे.

- अगर शुल्क भरले नाही तर दारू बाहेर काढण्यास परवानगी नाही.

- एका factory मध्ये 100 लिटर देशी दारू तयार झाली.
- ₹50/लिटर दर असेल तर ₹5,000 शुल्क भरावे लागतील.
- हे रक्कम भरूनच ती दारू shop किंवा warehouse मध्ये भेजता येते.
**सारांश:** Manufactory Officer चा मुख्य कर्तव्य आहे की दारू बाहेर काढण्यापूर्वी सरकारला योग्य शुल्क वसुल करून नोंदणी करून सोडणे.
10. Supervision पर्यवेक्षण
Whether the applicant has experience of conducting liquor trade and if so, state details with documentary evidence in support.
11. Authority of Person Authorised by the Licensee परवानाधारकाने अधिकृत केलेल्या व्यक्तीचे अधिकार
Whether the applicant belongs to any of the following categories and if so, to produce proof in support:
- (i) Whether the applicant belongs to Economically Weaker Section,
- (ii) Whether the applicant has in his possession ready premises for the proposed shop and if so, details thereof.
