5. Grant of M-III Licence for Possession and Use of Molasses by a person other than a producer उत्पादक व्यतिरिक्त इतर व्यक्तीकडून मळीचा ताबा आणि वापरासाठी M-III परवाना देणे
The licensee shall pay to the State Government in advance at the beginning of each quarter commencing from the date of the licence such cost of the Prohibition and Excise staff as may be fixed by the Commissioner.
6. Grant of M-III-A Licence for Bago-molasses बॅगो-मोलासिससाठी M-III-A परवाना मंजूर करणे
(1) The licensee shall provide suitable office accommodation, with sanitary arrangements, for the Prohibition and Excise Officer or such staff as may be appointed by the Commissioner within the licensed premises and shall supply such furniture and other articles fbr the use of the officer as the Collector may consider necessary. The licensee shall afford the officer all reasonable facilities and assistance as may be required by him fbr carrying out his duties of supervision and inspection.
(2) The licensee shall provide the Prohibition and Excise Staff so appointed residential quarters as approved by the Collector in this behalf near the licensed premises and shall also provide the following sub-sidiary services if available, namely, sanitary, electric and water-supply, and may charge rent not exceeding ten percent of the pay of the staff for the quarters, and also reasonable charges for the water supply, sanitaiy and electric supply services provided by the licensee. In case of dispute as to whether the charges are reasonable or not, the Commissioner shall decide the question and his decision shall be binding on the licensee and the staff.
7. Molasses Quota for M-I and M-II Licence M-I आणि M-II परवान्यासाठी मोलासेस कोटा
This licence may be suspended or cancelled in accordance with the provisions of section 54 or 56 of the Bombay Prohibition Act, 1949.

**M-I licence साठी:**
• परवाना कालावधी संपूर्ण असताना परवानाधारकाला एकूण किती मळी वापरायची परवानगी असेल हे Collector ठरवतात.
• उदा., जर तुमच्याकडे 12 महिन्यांचा M-I licence असेल आणि Collector 1000 लिटर मळी देण्याचा निर्णय घेतला, तर तुम्ही संपूर्ण 12 महिन्यात 1000 लिटर वापरू शकता.
**M-II licence साठी:**
दोन गोष्टी Collector ठरवतात—
(अ) **कोणत्याही एका वेळी ताब्यात किती मळी ठेवू शकता व महिन्यातून किती वापरू शकता:**
• उदा., तुम्ही एका वेळी 200 लिटर ताब्यात ठेवू शकता आणि दर महिन्यात 100 लिटर वापरू शकता.
(ब) **संपूर्ण licence कालावधीत एकूण किती मळी वापरू शकता:**
• यातून परवाना सुरू होताना तुमच्याकडे असलेली मळी + परवाना कालावधीत तुम्हाला मिळणारी मळी = एकूण रक्कम.
• उदा., तुमच्याकडे सुरुवातीला 50 लिटर आहे आणि 12 महिन्यात 950 लिटर मिळेल, तर एकूण 1000 लिटर.
