Licence for sale of Mild Liquor [1]or wines or both[1] of (Beer and wine) [2]on[2] "the premises of a hotel/restaurant/canteen/club.
Licence is hereby granted under and subject to the provisions of the Bombay Prohibition Act, 1949 (Bom. XXV of 1949), and the rules, regulations and orders made thereunder, to _____________ of _____________ (herein after called the "the licensee") on payment of a [6]fee (inclusive of consideration)[6] [8][at the rates given in the table in rule 5][8] in advance authorising him to sell Mild Liquor [1]or wines or both[1] during the period from _____________ to _____________ at his _____________ situated at _____________ (herein after referred to as "the Licensed premises"), subject to the following conditions, namely:
Conditions
- [5]No mild liquor[5] [1][or wines or both][1] shall be sold by a licensee under this licence except [10][* * *][10] during the hours and on the days as prescribed in or under sub-rule (10) of rule 5 of the Special Permits and Licences Rules, 1952.[5]
- No foreign liquor other than mild liquor[11] [1][or wines or both][1] sold by licensee shall be allowed to be consumed [3][in the licensed premises].[3]
- The licensee shall sell mild liquor[11] [1][or wines or both][1] only to [7][persons who are not below the age of 21 years].[7]
- The licensee shall sell mild liquor[11] [1][or wines or both][1] at a price not exceeding that fixed by the Commissioner from time to time.
