- Date up to which the pass shall be valid.
This pass is granted under and subject to the provisions of the Bombay Prohibition Act, 1949 (Bom. XXV of 1949), and the rules, regulations and orders made there under authorising the transport of foreign liquor referred to above subject to the following condition, namely:—
The whole quantity of foreign liquor shall be transported in one consignment only and its bulk shall not be broken in transit.
