partnership is entered into after the granting of the licence, unless the Commissioner agrees, on application made to him, to alter the licence, and to add the name or names of the partner or partners in the licence.
15. Requirements of Warehouse Premises गोदामामध्ये असणाऱ्या आवश्यक बाबी
Unless otherwise specifically permitted by the Commissioner, the licensee shall not sell country liquor to any person other than the holder of a warehouse licence in Form C.L.H.
16. Manner of storage of country liquor देशी दारू साठवण्याची पद्धत
The licensee, his Successors or assignees shall have no claim whatsoever to the continuance or renewal of this licence, after the expiry of the period for which it is granted. It shall be entirely within the discretion of the Commissioner, whether or not to permit the assignee of the licensee in case of sale or transfer, or his successors in case of death to have the benefit of the licence for the unexpired portion of the term for which it is granted.

17. Source of Supply पुरवठा स्त्रोत
The licensee shall abide by the conditions of this licence and the provisions of the Bombay Prohibition Act, 1949, the rules, regulations and orders made there under and shall give an undertaking to that effect in Form C.L. XX.

• घाऊक licensee दुसऱ्या घाऊकाला किंवा किरकोळ दुकानदारला असे वेळी दारू पाठवू शकत नाही की ती दारू त्या दुकानाचे license बंद असताना पोहोचेल.
उदा., जर किरकोळ दुकान रात्री 10 वाजे बंद होते, तर घाऊक त्याला रात्री 9:30 नंतर दारू पाठवू शकत नाही.
