Licence for the possession and use of ordinary denatured spirit for bonafide purposes of art, industry 1[not being an industry engaged in manufacturing denatured spirituous preparations]1 or profession.
Licence is hereby granted, under and subject to the provisions of the Bombay Prohibition Act, 1949 (Bom. XXV of 1949) and the rules, regulations and orders made there under, to of (herein after referred to as "the licensee"), on payment of a fee of Rs authorising him to buy, possess, transport and use of ordinary denatured spirit (herein after referred to as "spirit") for bonafide purposes of in during the period from to industry profession (both days inclusive) at his premises situated at (herein after referred to as the "licensed premises"), subject to the following conditions, namely:—
