In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (c) of sub-section (f) of section 139 of the Maharashtra Prohibition Act, (XXV of 1949), and of all other powers enabling it in this behalf the Government of Maharashtra hereby exempts, the person holding the licence in Form FL-III granted under rule 45 of the Bombay Foreign Liquor Rules, 1953, on the date of publication of this Order in the Official Gazette, to the extent of 90% of the applicable licence fees for renewal of licence, subject to the following conditions that,—
- the building where the licensed shop is situated is undertaken for redevelopment entirely by the competent authority after due process has been followed;
- the holder of the licence shall not shift his licence to or operate in any other premises when such redevelopment is being undertaken;
- the holder undertakes to re-operate his licence at the same premises after the redevelopment has been completed and on payment of the entire applicable licence fees for renewal from that year onwards.

In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (c) of sub-section (f) of section 139 of the Maharashtra Prohibition Act, (XXV of 1949), and of all other powers enabling it in this behalf; the Government of Maharashtra hereby exempts, the persons holding the licence in Form FL-II, FL-III and FL/BR-II granted under the Bombay Foreign Liquor Rules, 1953, having shop at Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj International Airport, Mumbai, for retail sale of liquor, for "off" or "on" consumption of liquor, from the provisions of rules 9A and 10 of the Maharashtra Foreign Liquor (Sale on Cash Register of Sales, etc.) Rules, 1969, except the days specified in clause (c) of sub-rule (2) of rule 9A, from the date of the publication of this Order in the Official Gazette.
