या नियमांना महाराष्ट्र भारतीय बनावटीचे विदेशी मद्य (बंधपत्राखाली वाहतूक व निर्यात) नियम, १९६८ असे म्हणता येईल.
हे नियम महाराष्ट्रात विदेशी दारू (परदेशी दारू) बनावट करून त्याची वाहतूक आणि विदेशात निर्यात करण्याबाबत आहेत.

**ही नियमावली कोणाला लागू होते?**
- ज्या कंपन्या किंवा व्यक्तींना परदेशी दारू बनवायचा असेल
- त्या दारूची एक जागेहून दुसऱ्या जागेला वाहतूक करायची असेल
- किंवा विदेशात निर्यात करायचा असेल
**"बंधपत्र" म्हणजे काय?**
- बंधपत्र = एक कायदेशीर कागद/परवानगी
- यामुळे दारू एका ठिकाणाहून दुसऱ्या ठिकाणी हलवता येते
- पण याला नियमांचे पालन करावे लागते
**साधेपणे समजायचे तर:**
ज्यांना "परदेशी दारू" (विदेशी स्टाईलचा - जसे विस्की, ब्रांडी इत्यादी) घरातून बनवून बाजारात विकायचा असेल किंवा परदेशात पाठवायचा असेल, त्यांच्यासाठी हे नियम आहेत.
या नियमांमध्ये असे सांगितले आहे की:
- कसे licence घ्यायचे
- दारू कसे हलवायचा
- कोणकोणत्या कागदपत्रांची गरज आहे
- कोणकोणते नियम पाळावेत
**हे नियम १९६८ साली बनविले गेले आणि आजही लागू आहेत।**
