In exercise of the powers conferred by 1[clause (b), (hl), (Hi), (zv) and (W), (*) and (h) and (6) of sub-section (2) of section 143 of the Bombay Prohibition Act, 1949 (Bom. XXV of 1949) and of all other powers enabling it in that behalf the Government of Maharashtra]1 hereby makes the following rules, the same having been previously published as required by sub-section (3) of the said section 143], namely:—
