• हे Bombay Foreign Liquor Rules, 1953 हे महाराष्ट्र राज्यातील कोणत्याही शहरात, गावात किंवा परिसरात लागू राहतात.
• म्हणजे, तुम्ही मुंबई, पुणे, नागपूर, अकोला - कुठेही असाल, हे नियम तुमच्यावर लागू होतात.
• विदेशी दारूचा व्यापार, लायसन्स घेणे, दारू विक्री करणे - सर्व गोष्टींवर हेच नियम पाळावे लागतात.
• राज्यातील कोणीही person किंवा व्यापारी यांना हे नियम मानणे अनिवार्य आहे.
उदा., जर तुमच्या शहरातून विदेशी दारू import करायची असेल किंवा shop चालवायचा असेल, तर तुम्हाला या नियमांचे पालन करावे लागतील.
