substance shall be sent by the licensee immediately on receipt to the Chemical Analyser and no such substance shall be used by the licensee unless the Chemical Analyser has approved the same as suitable for manufacture of beer or wine. If the Chemical Analyser advises that excessive addition of any of the substances sent to him for examination will render the beer or wine injurious, the licensee shall use such substance in the proportion indicated by the Chemical Analyser. In the event of any such substance remaining unused for twelve months from the date of receipt, fresh sample shall be submitted for examination in the same manner.
