Licence for the retail sale of denatured spirituous preparations
Licence is hereby granted, under and subject to the provisions of the Bombay Prohibition Act, 1949 (Bom XXV of 1949), and the rules, regulations and orders made there under, to of (herein after referred to as the "licensee") on payment of a fee inclusive of consideration of Rs , authorising him to buy, possess and sell by retail denatured spirituous preparation(s) (herein after referred to as the licensed preparation(s)) at this shop situated at ............................
