8. Obtaining Spirit मद्यार्क प्राप्त करणे
As the licence is granted ibr a specified period only, it gives the licensee, his heirs, legal representatives or assignees no claim whatsoever to the continuance or renewal there of beyond the period specified there in. It is entirely within the discretion of the Colletor whether he will or will not permit the assignee of the holder of the licence in case of sale or transfer, or the heir or legal representative of the holder of the licence in case of death to have the benefit of the licence fbr the unexpired portion of the term for which it is granted.

9. Permission for Removal of Spirit मद्यार्क काढण्याची परवानगी
In case the licence is suspended or cancelled during its currency or is not renewed on its expiry, the whole of the unsold stock of denatured spirit in balance with the licensee on the date of such suspension, cancellation or non-renewal shall forthwith be handed over by him to the Collocctor.
