Export conditions

Export conditions

  1. (a) The whole quantity of spirituous preparation shall be exported in one consignment only and its bulk shall not be broken in transit.

  2. (b) The pass-holder shall give an undertaking in writing to abide by the above condition.

Pass for the export of spirituous preparation

  1. Name and address of the exporter.

  2. Kind of licence or permit held by the exporter and its No.

  3. Quantity and name of spirituous preparation to be exported.

  4. Name and address of the person to whom spirituous preparation is to be exported.

  5. Place to which spirituous preparation is to be exported.

  6. Place from which spirituous preparation is to be exported.

  7. Route (State also the place up to which removal of spirituous preparation will be by road during its transit in the State of Maharashtra).

  8. Period for which this pass shall be valid.

This pass is granted under and subject to the provisions of the Bombay Prohibition Act, 1949, and the rules, regulations and order made there under and subject to the following conditions, namely:-
