Licence No
Licence for the possession and use of rectified spirit including absolute alcohol for industrial, medicinal, scientific, 1educational and pathological1 and other similar purposes.
Licence is hereby granted, under and subject to the provisions of the Bombay Prohibition Act, 1949 (Bom. XXV of 1949), and the rules, regulations and orders made there under to of (herein after called "the licensee") on payment of a fee of Rs in advance, authorising him to buy, possess and use rectified spirit including absolute alcohol (herein after called "spirit") during the period from .................................. to at his premises situated at (herein after referred to as "the licensed premises"), subject to the following conditions, namely
या नियमांना मुंबई शुद्ध मद्यार्क नियम, १९५१ म्हणता येईल.
विस्तृत समजावणी:
• हा नियम १९५१ साली तयार करण्यात आला होता.
• "शुद्ध मद्यार्क" म्हणजे एक प्रकारची शुद्ध दारू असली — जी रसायनिक प्रक्रियेने तयार केली जाते.
• मुंबई राज्यात दारूचा उत्पादन, विक्रय आणि वापर यावर नियंत्रण करण्यासाठी हा कायदा आहे.
• जर कोणी दारूचा business करायचा असेल, तर त्याला हे नियम समजून घेणे आवश्यक आहे.
उदा., जर तुम्हाला शुद्ध मद्यार्कची दुकान किंवा warehouse चालवायची असेल, तर तुम्हाला या नियमांचे पालन करणे बंधनकारक आहे.
Conditions
- The licensee shall not use the spirit for any purpose except for*

- The licensee shall not buy spirit except on a requisition countersigned by an officer of the Prohibition and Excise Department duly authorised in that behalf: 2Provided that no such requisition shall be necessary for a licensee who has2
- The licensee shall not buy spirit in any 3three calendar months/six months3 subject to fire proof storage limit allowed by municipal or other competition authorities/ during the period of the licence more than 4bulk liters/bottles of 750/500/250 milliliters each4 in the aggregate;
- The licensee shall not use spirit exceeding [ bulk litres/bottles of 750/500/250 milliliters each] in any six months subject to fire proof storage limit allowed by municipal or other competitive three calendar months/authorities.
