In exercise of the powers conferred by sections 28, 30, 31, 32, 33, 34, 35, 36, 37, 38, 40(1), 45, 46(1), 13[46(A)]1348, 52, 54(1), 60(1) 61(2), 61(3), 100, 101 and 123 of the Bombay Prohibition Act, 1949 (Bom. XXV) of 1949) and all other powers enabling it in this behalf the Government of Bombay is pleased to authorise the officers specified in column 1 of the Schedule hereto annexed to exercise the powers, discharge the duties and perform the functions mentioned in the section or sections specified against them in column 3 of the said schedule within the areas specified in column 2 of the said Schedule.
