10. All Excise Sub-Inspectors. The limits of their respective jurisdictions.
  1. Power under section 28 to grant passes for the transport of liquor, intoxicating drug or hemp; and
  2. Powers under sections 1[77 (a), 120, 121 (1), 122, 123, 125, 126, 127, 128 (2) and 129 (1)]1
11. Officer in-charge of warehouses or distilleries. The limits of the areas in which liquor is supplied from the warehouses or distilleries.
  1. Powers under section 28 to grant passes for the transport of country spirit; and
  2. Powers under section 61(3) to grant passes for the transport of molasses from sugar factories to which distilleries are attached.
