Objection / Representation Process

Representations must be submitted through the concerned Divisional Deputy Commissioner / Superintendent with attested copies of supporting documents
Representations received after the deadline will not be considered
A final seniority list will be published after considering timely representations

Divisional Deputy Commissioners and Superintendents are directed to:

Show the list to concerned employees and record acknowledgment
Verify entries against service records
Bring discrepancies to the Commissioner's attention
Responsibility for errors not reported in time will lie with the employee and the concerned Superintendent — the Commissionerate will not be held liable
