• Section 61 Control & Regulation of Molasses. काकवीची निर्यात, वगैरे यावर नियंत्रण.
• Section 62 Provisions applicable to licences under section 61. कलम 53 ते 59 याच्या तरतुदी कलम 61 अन्वये दिलेल्या लायसनच्या बाबतीत लागू होणे.
• Section 63 Provision of act regarding molasses to be in addition to and not in derogation of Bombay Molasses (Control) Act, 1956. काकवी बाबतच्या या अधिनियमाच्या तरतुदी या सन 1956 या मुंबई अधिनियम क्रमांक 38 याच्या तरतुदीच्या जोडीने असतील व त्यामुळे उक्त अधिनियमाच्या तरतुदीचे न्यूनीकरण होणार नाही.

• Section 71 [Penalty for selling molasses at price exceeding fixed price]. Deleted by Bom. 26 of 1952, s.33. .(ठराविक किंमतीपेक्षा अधिक किंमतीस काकवी विकण्याबद्दल शास्ती). सन 1952 चा मुंबई अधिनियम क्रमांक 26, कलम 33 अन्वये वगळण्यात होतील.
• Section 72 Penalty for removal of intoxicant etc. मादक पदार्थ वगैरे नेण्याबद्दल शास्ती. जी कोणी व्यक्ती,
• Section 73 Penalty for printing or publishing advertisement in contravention of provisions of Act, etc. या अधिनियमाच्या तरतुंदी, वगैरेचे उल्लंघन करून जाहिराती छापणे किंवा प्रसिद्ध करणे याबद्दल शास्ती.
• Section 74 Penalty for circulating etc. news papers etc. containing advertisement regarding intoxicants etc. मादक द्रव्ये, वगैरे यासंबंधी जाहिराती असलेली वर्तमानपत्रे वगैरे यांचा प्रसार करणे, वगैरे याबद्दल शास्ती.
