Repealed by G.N., H.D. No. BPA 1993/VIII/EXC-3, dated 22nd June 1993 (M.G. Pt. IV-B Extra Ordinary p. 96), together with the Wholesale Price Rules 1973 ({61}) and the Retail Price Rules 1973 ({62}). The repeal notification is reproduced in the printed manual at paragraph {64}.

📋 AT A GLANCE: These Rules govern the maximum ex-manufactory price at which country liquor manufacturers may sell their products in Maharashtra. The Rules establish price ceilings to regulate the supply chain between manufacturers and wholesale or retail distributors, controlling the initial sale price of country liquor at the point of manufacture.
