Originally constituted by three notifications:

  2. G.N., H.D. No. OPM-1459/71134-III, dated 5th March 1962 (M.G. Pt. IV-B, p. 517)

  3. G.N., H.D. No. OPM-2067/63620-III, dated 15th July 1969 (M.G. Pt. IV-B, p. 969)

🚫 CURRENT STATUS — STANDS REPEALED

All three notifications stand repealed — the printed manual explicitly notes at paragraph {155}: "The above three notifications stand repealed since Rules mentioned at paras 133 and 134 are repealed."

Drugs-permit matters covered by these notifications are now inoperative under the Bombay Prohibition Act, 1949 framework. The underlying rules at paragraphs {133} and {134} of the printed manual have themselves been repealed.
