This rule is repealed by Rule 107 of the Maharashtra Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Rules 1985, framed under the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances, Act, 1985 of the Government of India (61 of 1985).
हा नियम महाराष्ट्र अंमली पदार्थ व मनोविकृतिजन्य पदार्थ नियम १९८५ च्या नियम १०७ द्वारे रद्द करण्यात आला आहे, जो भारत सरकारच्या अंमली पदार्थ व मनोविकृतिजन्य पदार्थ अधिनियम, १९८५ (६१ सन १९८५) अंतर्गत तयार करण्यात आला आहे.
