Repealed by G.N., H.D. No. BPA 1993/VIII/EXC-3, dated 22nd June 1993 (published at M.G. Pt. IV-B Extra Ordinary p. 96). The repeal notification is reproduced in the printed manual at paragraph {64}.

📋 AT A GLANCE: These Rules govern the maximum wholesale prices at which licensed country liquor manufacturers and wholesalers may sell country liquor within Maharashtra. The ruleset establishes ceiling price limits applicable to all licensed country liquor producers and wholesale dealers, regulating commercial distribution and preventing price exploitation in the wholesale market.
