Prohibiting The Sale Of Foreign Liquor To Certain Permit Holders.

In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (k) of sub-section (2) of section 143 of the Bombay Prohibition Act, 1949 (Bom. XXV of 1949), and is supersession of Government Notification, Revenue Department, No. 9296/33 (a), dated the 11th February, 1946, the Government of Bombay is pleased to make the following rule, namely :

मुंबई दारूबंदी अधिनियम, १९४९ (मुंबई क्र. XXV, १९४९) च्या कलम १४३ च्या उपकलम (२) च्या खंड (क) द्वारे प्रदान केलेल्या अधिकारांचा वापर करून आणि शासन अधिसूचना, महसूल विभाग, क्र. ९२९६/३३ (अ), दिनांक ११ फेब्रुवारी, १९४६ या अधिक्रमित करून, मुंबई शासनाला पुढील नियम करण्यास आनंद होत आहे :

No person holding a license for the sale of foreign liquor under the Bombay Foreign Liquor Rules, 1953 shall sell foreign liquor to any person holding a permit under the said rules if such person is

मुंबई विदेशी मद्य नियम, १९५३ अंतर्गत विदेशी मद्य विक्रीचा परवाना धारण करणारी कोणतीही व्यक्ती सदर नियमांतर्गत परवाना धारण करणाऱ्या कोणत्याही व्यक्तीला विदेशी मद्य विकणार नाही, जर अशी व्यक्ती पुढीलपैकी कोणीही असेल :

(a) a Police Officer in uniform ;

(अ) गणवेशातील पोलीस अधिकारी ;

(b) a Prohibition Officer on duty ;

(ब) कर्तव्यावरील दारूबंदी अधिकारी ;

(c) A Railway servant on duty ;

(क) कर्तव्यावरील रेल्वे कर्मचारी ;

(d) an insane person, or

(ड) विकृत मनःस्थितीची व्यक्ती, किंवा

(e) a person who is intoxicated.

(इ) मद्यधुंद असलेली व्यक्ती.
