Repealed by Rule 107 of the Maharashtra Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Rules, 1985, framed under the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985 (Central Act 61 of 1985).

All matters relating to ganja, bhang and other cannabis preparations are now governed by the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985 (Central Act 61 of 1985) and the rules made thereunder.
