Condition 1: Compliance with Procurement Rules

  • The purchase must strictly follow the "Government Department Official Purchase Manual" (शासकीय विभागाने कारायचा कायालयीन खरेदीसाठीच्या कार्यपध्दतीची नियमपुस्तिका) as notified by the Department of Industry, Energy & Labour vide Government Resolution No. BHAKHS-2014/PR.No.82/Part III/Industry-4 dated 01.12.2016 and all subsequent related Government Resolutions.
