POSTING CONDITIONS & CLAUSES

2. Seniority Determination: Seniority of probationary officers has been officially determined by the General Administration Department vide letter dated 15 February 2024.

3. Appointment Authority: Appointments are made on the establishment of the Commissioner of State Excise, Maharashtra in accordance with Government Resolution dated 04 January 2022.

4. Temporary/Provisional Posts: Unlimited (अविसांख्य) posts were created on the Commissioner's establishment for a period of two years from completion of training. Extension granted vide Government Resolution dated 07 February 2024 until departmental allotment and final posting orders are issued.

5. Salary & Allowances Responsibility:

   • All salary, allowances, and service-related matters from the date of this order shall be handled by:
     • Commissioner's Office, State Excise Department, OR
     • Respective Superintendent (अिीक्षक), State Excise Department office

6. Probation Period Completion: Proceedings to complete/terminate probation shall be initiated by the General Administration Department separately (to be issued in due course).

7. Immediate Assumption of Duty: All posted officers must report immediately (तात्काळ हजर व्हािे) to their assigned postings.
