• Officers who fail to verify their entries in time and face difficulties during promotion or retirement shall themselves be held responsible; the Commissionerate will not be liable
• Columns 12 to 16 in the gradation list contain newly added information — Superintendents must verify this data against service records and report discrepancies within 15 days with supporting documents

List covers approximately 304+ Sub-Inspectors appointed through direct recruitment and promotion routes between 1997 and 2018, spanning recruitment batches of 2000, 2001, 2007, 2009, 2011, 2012, 2014, 2016, 2017, and 2018.
