- Representations received after the prescribed 15-day period will not be considered
- Officers who fail to verify their entries in time and face difficulties during promotion or retirement shall themselves be held responsible; the Commissionerate will not be liable
- Columns 12 to 16 in the gradation list contain newly added information — Superintendents must verify this data against service records and report discrepancies within 15 days with supporting documents
