Special Note — Entry No. 1 (Smt. Minakshi Mohankar)

Rejection grounds (dual):

Policy bar: Under GR dated 20-05-2015, Clause 9(a), once a candidate's name is entered in the compassionate appointment waiting list, it cannot be substituted with another family member's name. Smt. Mohankar had requested substitution of her name with her minor son, Ku. Shlok Sachin Mohankar — this was not permissible under existing policy.
Government employment disqualification: A report from Tehsildar, Bhandara confirmed that Smt. Mohankar is employed as a Godam Clerk (गोदाम लिपीक) in the Tehsildar's office, Bhandara. As she is already in government service, both she and her son are ineligible for compassionate appointment.
Action: Her application was rejected vide office letter dated 08-11-2023, and her name will be removed from the 2024 waiting list.
