KEY CONTRACT CONDITIONS:

• Contract agreement on ₹500/- stamp paper (notarised)
• Contract period: 12 months, extendable twice (12+12 months), maximum up to 36 months total
• Rent due by 5th of each month; non-payment for 1 month leads to contract cancellation
• Subletting of canteen space strictly prohibited
• Food quality subject to inspection by Food & Drug Administration and Municipal Corporation authorities
• Penalty for supply stoppage (except natural calamity): ₹5,000/- per day
• Monthly rent increases by 10% on each 12-month renewal
• Highest bidder (among technically qualified) wins the contract
