What the Notice States:

Candidates who qualified in the written examination for the posts of Steno-Typist (लघुटंकलेखक) and Lower Grade Stenographer (निम्नश्रेणी लघुलेखक) were previously informed (vide office letter dated 28/02/2025) to appear for document verification as a prerequisite to the Skill/Professional Test.

Key Details:

• Document verification window: 10/03/2025 to 12/03/2025 (during office hours, any day within this period)
• Some candidates have a Social Welfare Department (समाजकल्याण विभाग) examination scheduled during the same period — such candidates must still appear for document verification within the same window, bringing their admit card for that examination as proof
• Candidates who fail to appear for document verification within 10–12 March 2025 will be deemed to have no interest in appearing for the Skill/Professional Test
• Such absent candidates will have their names removed from the eligible candidates list for the Skill/Professional Test
