Key Provisions:

Special Rate for Restricted Membership Clubs: FL-IV licenses with membership restricted to single class/category pay 25% of standard FL-IV fee (subject to annual certification by Commissioner)
Cantonment Area Rates: License fees in Cantonments equal those of adjacent/enclosing Municipal Corporation areas
Five-Year License Exception: Rates do NOT apply to licenses already renewed for five years PRIOR to FY 2023-2024 during their validity period
Production/Sale Excess Charges: Five-year licensees with volume-based fees must pay excess amounts at base year (2023-2024) rates for production/sales exceeding their slab calculation basis
Transfer Exemption: CL-II and FL-I wholesale-to-wholesale transfers (with prior approval) are exempt from additional fees

Effective Date: Financial Year 2023-2024 (from date of publication: 28th March 2023)

- **Primary Distillation** (स्पिरिट बनवणे): ₹6,10,500 ते ₹26,12,300 (production capacity अनुसार)
- उदाहरण: 45 लाख barrel लीटर पर्यंत = ₹6,10,500
- 4 करोड़ 5 लाख barrel लीटर पेक्षा अधिक = ₹26,12,300

- **Re-distillation Only** (डबल डिस्टिलेशन): ₹3,05,800 ते ₹6,10,500

- **Grape Spirit** (द्राक्ष पासून): ₹55,000

### **2. BEER & WINE MANUFACTURING**
- **Brewery** (बिअर बनवणे):
- 1 लाख case पर्यंत = ₹7,70,000
- 1 लाख case पेक्षा अधिक = ₹7.70 प्रति case

- **Wine** (वाईन बनवणे):
- 1,200 case पर्यंत = ₹5,500
- 3,000 case पेक्षा अधिक = ₹11,000 किंवा ₹1.40/case (जो जास्त हो)

- **Microbrewery** (लहान brewery):
- 2 लाख barrel लीटर = ₹2,20,000
- 5 लाख barrel लीटर पर्यंत = ₹5,50,000

## महत्वाचे नियम:

### **✓ कोणाला extra fee लागणार नाही:**
1. **5-Year License:** जर तुमचा licence FY 2023-2024 आधी 5 वर्षांसाठी renew झाला असेल, तर तुम्हाला हे नवीन fee लागणार नाही — तुमचा पुराना fee राहील जोपर्यंत licence लागू आहे.

2. **Wholesale-to-Wholesale Transfer (CL-II, FL-I):** बदली करताना extra fee नाही, परंतु prior approval आवश्यक आहे.

### **✓ अतिरिक्त payment:**
जर तुमचे production/sales वाढले तर जास्त रक्कम FY 2023-2024 base rate अनुसार भरावी लागेल.

### **✓ Cantonments:**
छावणी क्षेत्रातील fee = लगतच्या Municipal Corporation सारखा.
